3. Payment and Charges
All payments for yacht services must be made in full prior to the service date unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. All prices quoted on our website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of a cancellation, our cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled yacht service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service.

- Complying with all safety regulations provided by our team and crew.
- Ensuring that all guests on board behave in a safe and respectful manner.

Smart Choice is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss of personal property that may occur while using our services. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the booking and does not extend to any incidental or consequential damages.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.
